The new Fettle Botanic Supply and Counsel in PDX
I Have had the honer working on this wonderful rebranding project as the interior designer and I am happy to share these pictures from the New Fettle Botanic Supply & Counsel (formerly The Herb Shoppe) over on Hawthorne Ave in Portland Oregon. They remain the same trusted convenient shoppe for all your herbal needs with a beautiful new face and name. I highly suggest a visit, they are amazing :) and you mights just walk away with one of their wonderful herbal mixes, yummy tea mixes or their new bath salts and holiday creations.

creative mornings
I have lately been feeling an urge to move my creativity into new territory. So here is my first macrame curtain / dream catcher. This will be in the autumn display at The Herb Shoppe . All the material I had found at SCRAP and stashed in my basement craft corner. Some times it pays off to be a "creative hoarder" ;). I really have no experience with macrame, although I think my mum showed me how to do it when I was a child in the 80s, she certainly is where I got my creativity from. Very exited to have her come visit in two week and show me some more tricks. As for now hope you all enjoy these pictures :)

Hand Made Displays
Me working on the new sign for the summer displays at the Herbshoppe. These hours of creativity are always some of my favorites. I enjoy the design process so much and it really makes me so happy that I can create these really special displays by hand for my amazing clients.

Props and such
For affordable ways to find props and materials especially for the Holidays, in Portland (PDX) I go to SCRAP. This place is amazing, you can find anything form picture frames, card board, leather, craft material in all shapes and form, fabric, paint etc... and loads of it in bulk. SCRAP is a non profit and there mission is to inspire creative reuse and environmentally sustainable behavior by providing educational programs and affordable materials to the community. What is you favorite place to go to for affordable props and such in your city ????

Handmade Tags a Special way to Communicate !!!
A product without a price is a crime!
That is what I learned from my previous employer and I have to agree.
But for me it is more than just the price it is making it exiting and
memorable for your customers. Details matter and this is one of them.
Handmade unique tags for your shop have a instant WOW effect, so
here are a few examples for inspiration:
